Did You See That Post? (from Be SAFE, Not Sorry)

Veiled Treats at Work

People talk about things they saw or read on social media or television, all the time. But if you notice an unusual interest in stories relating to violent acts; and especially if someone is talking about them in relation to a co-worker (like a subtle or veiled threat), it’s probably not a good thing. You need to report it to a manager or even Human Resources.

Additional Information

Veiled threats have no place at work. It's always going to be a judgment call, but if it doesn't feel right, tell a supervisor or manager what you've seen and why you're concerned. It's the safe thing to do.
