His Husband (from Inclusion 101™)

Valuing Inclusivity and Respect at Work

Let’s face it, sexual orientation can be deeply challenging for some, especially when it touches on personal religious beliefs and values. However, the reality is that married gay men and lesbians are entitled to the same legal rights as any other married couple. Regardless of personal opinions or beliefs, the expectation in the workplace is clear: all employees must be treated with dignity and respect. That means refraining from any disparaging or disrespectful comments.

Additional Information

While this topic may challenge personal beliefs, all employees—regardless of sexual orientation—must be treated with respect in the workplace, free from disparaging comments.
