Trainer Comments: This is a great example about the difference between welcome and unwelcome. As well as intent verses impact. Clearly, his behavior was unwelcome. Perhaps his intent was to be helpful but the impact was negative. This kind of consistent behavior can very likely be considered sexual harassment.
