We Don't Want Him on Our Team!

Sabotaging - Bullying - Abusive Conduct

We all bring our own view of the world into work every day. And sooner or later, we're going to work side-by-side with someone whose background and experiences are light-years different from ours. But treating somebody with anything less than professionalism and respect - for whatever reason – is a big mistake.

Additional Information

Singling anyone out for isolation, gossip, ridicule - or worse yet – actually sabotaging their ability to do their job - can easily lead to an accusation of discriminatory harassment. And, if your actions result in things like the loss of a job, position, raise, or promotion - in other words, what we call an adverse employment action - your employer can end up on the wrong end of a discrimination lawsuit.
