Customers deserve our undivided attention. However, sometimes it’s hard to balance multiple interruptions and give each customer the attention he or she deserves. If you find yourself in this situation, remember these three things; focus on the customer and listen actively, demonstrate a positive attitude and be proactive, and fulfill the customer’s want and needs by solving the problem.
