Disabilities & Reasonable Accomodation

A reasonable accommodation is an adjustment to a job or work environment that makes it possible for an individual with a disability to perform their job duties. When someone asks for an accommodation because of a disability – that is between them and their manager. It isn’t anyone else’s business. Asking someone out of curiosity will put them in an awkward position - and no one enjoys that.

eLearning - Sollah Hosted $9.00 (Minimum 100 learners)

The course will be uploaded to TRAININGFLOW™. Course pricing is based on the total number of learners for the chosen license period (1-3 years). There are volume as well as multi-year discounts available.

Additional Information

When we think about people with a disability – we typically think about visible or mobility related disabilities. Remember… not all disabilities are visible, many are hidden. So, follow the golden rule and don’t ask someone about their accommodation.
