Additional Information

Intersectionality and discrimination are two concepts that are closely related to the issues of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Intersectionality is a framework that helps us understand how different aspects of a person's identity, such as gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, class, and other factors, can interact and create unique experiences of discrimination and oppression. Discrimination is the unfair and unequal treatment of a person or a group based on their identity or background, rather than their merit or performance.
