With the passing of Delaware House Bill (HB) 360, the state created a new section to the Delaware Discrimination in Employment Act (DDEA) that focuses specifically on sexual harassment. Delaware companies with 50 or more employees (excluding independent contractors or employees who work less than 6 months) are required to provide sexual harassment prevention training every two (2) years.
