Additional Information
Workplace conflict is any disagreement or tension between individuals or teams… often driven by differences in communication styles, priorities, expectations, or perspectives. It can show up in subtle ways, like misinterpreted emails or avoided conversations, or more visibly through arguments, frustration, or disengagement.
Conflict itself isn’t the problem. In fact, when handled well, it can lead to better ideas, stronger relationships, and improved decision-making. The real issue is how conflict is managed. Left unaddressed, it can erode trust, damage morale, and impact performance across an entire team.
