Ala Carte License

  • One year license term is available
  • Pricing for an Ala Carte License is as follows:
    • Complete Programs: From $12.00/trainee/program (minimum license of $1000)
    • Video Vignettes: From $3.00/trainee/program (minimum license of $300)
    • Case Studies, Activities: From $1.00/trainee/item (minimum license of $100)

At any time during your one-year license term, you may apply the cost of the a la carte resources to an Enterprise-wide Library license. For more information on how to save money with an Enterprise-wide Library license, please contact Sollah Interactive at 800-300-8880.

Terms of Use

Once an Resource is licensed, you are authorized to access it via the LIBRARY platform for a period of one year (the 'License Term') and use it to train up to 100 employees (or the number that has been licensed if greater) on the subject matter(s) contained within the Resource. You may not re-sell or distribute the Resource in any other way to any third party. The authorization to access the Resource includes the specific rights to:

  • Download the Resource and use it in presentation and authoring software to conduct training consistent with the license granted herein.
  • Download the Resource to stream on your organization's learning management system (LMS) or internal network servers.
  • Create repurposed works of streaming videos, consistent with the license granted herein.

Your right to use the Resource shall cease on the expiration of the License Term. By accepting this license, you agree to destroy all copies and/or derivative works of the Resource in your individual and/or organization's possession at the expiration of the License Term. Except as expressly provided otherwise above, Sollah Interactive shall retain ownership of all Resource(s) contained within the LIBRARY platform.

Upon termination of the License Term, Sollah Interactive, LLC shall provide Licensee with an “Agreement to Discontinue Use of Intellectual Property” – licensee agrees that said document shall be signed by the licensee and returned to Sollah Interactive, LLC within 15 business days.

In addition, Sollah Interactive shall retain ownership of all derivative and/or repurposed works of the Resources created during the License Term (the 'Repurposed Works'). Following the expiration of the License Term or the termination of the license granted herein, you shall have no rights to use, reproduce, distribute, make additional derivative works of, and/or publicly display/perform the Repurposed Works. Upon request by Sollah Interactive, you shall either provide Sollah Interactive the Repurposed Works or destroy them upon the expiration of the License Term or the termination of the license granted herein. By accepting this license, you acknowledge that any noncompliance will result in the termination of the authorized use(s) granted above.

THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF SOLLAH INTERACTIVE OR ANY OTHER PARTY WITH RESPECT TO THIS LICENSE OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED PROGRAM TITLE(S) SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY CLIENT FOR THE LICENSED PROGRAM TITLE(S).
