A description of the resource types available in Sollah Library including information on the components that accompany the resource.

Classic eLearning Programs	Best-selling, self-directed courses that can be taken as stand-alone training or used in a blended learning solution. Contain video vignettes, audio, interactions and pre/post assessments. Average seat time is 30-40 minutes. Trainer's Note: These are great for all training events, blended learning and post-facilitation follow-up & reinforcement. Advantage eLearning Programs	Highly interactive courses containing video vignettes, user interactions, branching, pre- and post assessments - covering a large variety of topics. Average seat time is 30-45 minutes. Trainer's Note: The Advantage courses offer a 'deep dive' into each topic. They can be used as standalone training or supplement instructor-led sessions. TrainingBriefs™	Powerful, mobile-friendly micro-learning courses for all employees. Each TrainingBriefs courses covers a topic - all in under 6 minutes. Each course uses innovative navigation and a dramatic video clip to reinforce each training concept. Over 20 topics are represented in this eLearning series. Trainer's Note: These are great for pre-training (topic introduction, pre-work) and post-training (follow-up, reinforcement) as well as just-in-time performance management.
