Farmers plant their seeds, they work the land, and they wait for the harvest to reward their efforts. Sometimes it’s a painful process. Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate. Insects can damage the crops. Despite plenty of uncertainty, our farmers generally stay the course. They are risk takers, and they hold to the long view. They understand some seasons won’t produce a good yield, while others will be cause for great celebration.
